Sarah Espinosa is a project manager for TriMet Engineering and Construction Division. She is a professional civil engineer with 16 plus years of experience on projects in the Portland Metro area. Her project background includes design and construction of private development and small public works projects. Planning, design and construction of large, multi-jurisdictional transportation projects is her current passion. Sarah has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland.
Kyle Williams is a lead engineer and technical principal for engineering and quality management with WSP USA (WSP). Based in WSP’s Portland office, Kyle has led civil design and served as project manager for roadway, design-build, infrastructure, transit and rail projects. His most recent work has focused on design-build design management, on-site field engineering, construction quality assurance and inspection services for clients in Washington, Oregon and California. Kyle graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in civil engineering.
Greg Landau is an Associate Geotechnical Engineer at GeoEngineers, Inc. His 23-year career, including 15 years in Oregon, has focused on providing geotechnical engineering services for development, transportation and federal infrastructure projects. Greg is familiar with both the engineering and construction side of infrastructure projects, having previously served as an engineering project manager for a large heavy civil construction firm. Greg manages GeoEngineers’ Oregon geotechnical team and works and lives in the Portland-metro area. Greg received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and his M.S. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical focus) from University of Washington.
Andre Tolme is a principal construction manager for Stantec. He currently serves as the program construction manager for the Willamette Water Supply Program, a $1.2B program serving the Tualatin Valley Water District, the City of Hillsboro, and other regional water agencies in Washington County. Andre’s past project experience includes work on water storage reservoirs and dams, wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer pipelines, hazardous waste remediation programs, and transportation and refinery projects. He is a licensed civil engineer and his 20+ years of experience have come on projects in Oregon, Washington, and California. Andre has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
Seth Henderson is a principal at Urban Asset Advisors, a Portland based mixed-use, multifamily developer, where he fulfills the duties of vice president of project management. Seth brings more than twenty years of project management experience from public agency, high tech, healthcare, and multifamily residential projects, with experience as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, operations manager, and developer. A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Seth received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mike Houghten is a Senior Project Manager at Turner Construction Company and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry including industrial, residential, and commercial construction in Michigan, California, and Oregon. As a CCM, Mike strives to foster a strong collaboration between the Owner and the General Contractor on each project and has found success in this model. Mike has a B.S. in Construction Management from Ferris State University and an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University.
Tom Peterson is retired from the Port of Portland and brings over 40 year of experience in the industry. During his tenure at the Port he was involved in a wide variety of projects, as an engineer, project manager, and 15 years as the director of engineering. As a project manager he managed major construction projects at PDX and as the Engineering Director he was responsible for the Port’s multi-disciplined engineering and construction management staff, and overall responsibility for management of the Port’s capital construction program. Tom graduated from Portland State University with a degree in electrical engineering.
Brian is a construction manager with Jacobs. He has over 27 years’ experience, primarily as an owner’s representative construction manager. Brian’s project experience includes work in wastewater and water treatment facilities, a wastewater conveyance tunnel, federal and military facilities, and environmental remediation. Brian is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Joe Morrissey is a Principal Consultant / Department Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) and has over 12 years of construction and civil engineering experience. His project experience provides him a strong background in design build projects on new and existing facilities. As a Pricipal Consultant Joe specializes in QA/QC practices and evaluation of existing materials. Joe has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Aldridge Lim is a staff engineer for Carollo Engineers and a recent graduate from University of Portland with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and can solve problems quickly and efficiently. Aldridge is a Construction Manager In Training (CMIT) working towards becoming a professional engineer and a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
Jarin Carino is a Cost Engineer at Turner Construction. He is a graduate from the University of Portland with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Having started in Turner Portland's Special Projects Department (SPD) as a Field Engineer, Jarin possesses experience in both Field Management and Operational Finance. Jarin is a Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) working towards becoming a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
